Complicated
So I'm driving home this weekend, trying to understand how I need to 'grow up' and becoming rather frustrated with the task. Life is complicated. And I start looking at the trees passing by outside the car... and think, oh, really understanding how a tree grows, that is a complicated business. How many of us really understand, thoroughly, how a tree grows? How it takes nutrition out of the soil and uses water and sunlight to get bigger!?! Cells, mitochondria? chlorophyll and a host of systems and biology I don't understand at all...
But someone, on earth, understands it. As humans, we're capable of understanding it. This gives me hope I'm capable of understanding how to grow up. It just might take some time to learn...

13 Things
I've been reminded I have a blog!
We are exploring 13 internet 2.0 technologies and bloggin' is one of them, which means I follow the directions and write what I'm supposed to.
Like, listing some of the blogs I like to read:
A friend teaching in Tonga: http://steelehouse.wordpress.com/
Another friend who loves to write about gardening, God, and living green: http://standbytheways.blogspot.com/
And, the blog of a team I've recently become a part of: http://villageartproject.blogspot.com/
Glad to put in a word for my friends blogs!
